Shipping and delivery:

Standard Delivery, Is charged at £3.95 and will take 3-5 days to be delivered. This will be posted by Royal Mail.

Express Delivery, Is charged at £4.95 for the Spa at home, Heavenly Hands and Rest and Relaxation boxes. And is charged at £5.95 for the Welcome box and Deluxe Rest and Relaxation box. This will take 1-2 days to be delivered.

Next Day Delivery, is charged at £5.95 for the Spa at home, Heavenly Hands and Rest and Relaxation boxes. And is charged at £6.95 for the Welcome Box and Deluxe Rest and Relaxation box.

Or Alternatively you can choose to pick it up from Lusso in Frodsham. For no cost. We would email you when your box is ready to collect. The Address is: 82 Main Street WA6 7AR Frodsham.

Returns

If there is the likelihood that you are unhappy with a product or box. We accept returns up to 21 days. If a product is damaged/ broken, please email us with pictures and we will either refund or send out a new item once we have received the item/ gift box. Items must be returned unused, in original state. Gift boxes must be returned in full.

Please email us at info@earthecossentials.co.uk with your reason for return and proof of purchase. We will email you back asap with the returns address. Once we receive your item and have checked everything is there, we’ll notify you by email and the refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
